About the information on lhfs.uk

lhfs.uk is an independent guide. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Heathrow Airport Limited or any business listed. Names of businesses are used only to identify them; their trade marks belong to their owners.

We check listings against the businesses’ own pages, Heathrow’s official directories and other sources, and show the date each listing was checked. Shops and restaurants at airports open, move and close often, so details can go out of date. We don’t publish opening hours or prices — always check with the business before you rely on a visit, and allow plenty of time for your flight.

Reviews are the opinions of the people who wrote them, not of lhfs.uk. Scores are averages of approved reviews, worked out as described in our review policy.

Writing reviews

• Reviews must follow our review policy: your own genuine experience, no incentives, no connection with the business, nothing abusive, unlawful or personal about other people.
• You keep ownership of what you write, but you give lhfs.uk a free, permanent, non-exclusive licence to publish, display and store it on the site (including in scores and lists), and to remove personal information from it as the policy describes.
• You are responsible for what you write. We may refuse or remove any review that breaks the policy or the law.

Our liability

We provide lhfs.uk free of charge and do our best to keep it accurate, but we can’t guarantee it is complete, current or error-free, and we are not liable for any loss arising from using it, so far as the law allows. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

You may link to any page. Please don’t copy reviews or listings in bulk. Location data that came from OpenStreetMap is available under the Open Database Licence — see open data.
